Refund policy

As a small-batch boutique startup, we are not offering general returns for refunds at launch. That said, the last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with your purchase.

If you need a different size or have an issue with your order, please email hello@happilyberserk.com within 14 days of delivery. We will review exchange and store-credit requests individually and do our best to help.

Items approved for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before mailing anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
